Ingredients
  • 4 cups Opal® apples, chopped, peeled
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons​ fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 t​easpoon​ peppercorns
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • ​1 pound of Brie cheese​
Directions

Combine all ingredients except cranberries in medium saucepan. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until apples​ are soft. Add cranberries and cook for 10 minutes. Cool and refrigerate until ready to use. ​

Heat oven to 350 F. Place Brie cheese on baking sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes or until warmed through. Top with Opal® Apple Cranberry Chutney. Serve with additional sliced Opal® apples and crackers or crostini.
