Opal® Apple Recipes


Flatbread with Opal® Apple, Fig Jam and Prosciutto

Ingredients

Opal® apple, thinly sliced

2 flat bread slices, pre-made

2 ounces fig jam

2 ounces brie cheese

2 ounces prosciutto, cut into small pieces

1 ounce arugula leaves

1 teaspoon olive oil

Salt and pepper

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 F. Place flatbread on cooking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and flip over. Spread fig jam on flatbread, and then add brie. Layer prosciutto on top of brie and top with Opal® apple slices. Bake for 5 minutes.

While flatbread is baking, toss arugula with olive oil, salt and pepper. Remove flatbread from oven and top with arugula mixture. Let cool slightly and cut into slices and serve.
