- 2 Opal® apples, thinly sliced
- 2 navel oranges, thinly sliced
- 2 lemons
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 750ml bottles white wine
- 1 cup brandy
- 1/2 cup orange liqueur (such as Gran Marnier)
Using a vegetable peeler, remove the lemon rind from both lemons. Juice both lemons. In a large pitcher, combine half of the sliced apples and oranges, all lemon rind and lemon juice with honey. Stir until honey is dissolved. Add one bottle of wine, brandy and the orange liqueur.
Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours for best flavor.
Strain sangria into another pitcher. Add remaining apple and orange slices and the second bottle of wine. Serve over ice with a few slices of the apple in each glass.
