• Opal® apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 flat bread slices, pre-made
  • 2 ounces fig jam
  • 2 ounces brie cheese
  • 2 ounces prosciutto, cut into small pieces
  • 1 ounce arugula leaves
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Heat oven to 375 F. Place flatbread on cooking sheet and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and flip over. Spread fig jam on flatbread, and then add brie. Layer prosciutto on top of brie and top with Opal® apple slices. Bake for 5 minutes.

While flatbread is baking, toss arugula with olive oil, salt and pepper. Remove flatbread from oven and top with arugula mixture. Let cool slightly and cut into slices and serve.
