Exciting news from Opal Apple! We're thrilled to announce the recipients of the Opal Youth Make A Difference Grant for 2024. This initiative, in partnership with FirstFruits Farms, is all about empowering young leaders to make a positive impact in their communities.
Out of a remarkable 60 applicants, we've selected 11 outstanding organizations to receive a total donation of $45,000. These inspiring initiatives tackle important issues like food security, nutrition, agriculture, and food education. From Minneapolis to Detroit, these young changemakers are making waves!
