Opal® Apple Cider Punch

Ingredients

For the Punch

  • 6 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup rum
  • 1 liter ginger ale

For Serving

  • 2 Opal apples, sliced
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 8 cinnamon sticks
  • Ice cubes

Directions

Stir the apple cider, lemon juice, rum and ginger ale in a large chilled pitcher. To serve, place some ice cubes in a glass. Add a few orange and apple slices into the glass. Fill the glass with the punch and garnish with a few more apple and orange slices and a cinnamon stick.
