- 3 slices Opal® apple
- 1 strip orange rind
- Dash of bitters
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1 1/2 ounces sparkling apple cider
Add 2 slices of Opal® apple, orange rind and bitters to bottom of glass and muddle. Add ice and pour bourbon and apple cider to the glass. Serve with a slice of Opal® apple on the rim of the glass.
